A customer ordered something from me on Saturday, but I hadn't set up my credit card processing properly so she couldn't pay. It was a big order that would have taken ages for her to do, is there a way she can access this order again and pay?

Hi,
Only by entering the details again. If you still have the failed order on your sales manager, you could email her a payment link so that she can pay the correct amount of money by credit card and then you can make the failed order into a paid order and everything will be OK. Alternatively, if your card processing allows it, you could take the payment over the phone and then make the failed order into a paid order. |

Hi, As Dave says above if you go to Tools - Email a request for payment, you can set up a link so she can pay you by card. If you want to see how it looks you can test this by sending yourself a link first. The amount you enter is the cost of the goods without the postage charge or tax as the cart then adds that. We have used it a couple of times and it works fine.
