Hi,

The personal details, stored under "profile" "view and edit" in RomanCart is posted on to Every Invoice/Confirmation email footer that goes out. This is a requirement of RomanCart's Terms and Conditions.

If you have entered a telephone number here your cusotmers will be getting it.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I have added a phone number there, but in the sales manager where I select view invoice the invoice that I copy and print for my customers doesn't have my phone number on it. It is sent with the email invoice, but not the one that I view from the sales manager.

Hi,

Navigate to 'Manage > Sales > Configure'.

There is a setting on this page labelled 'include telephone number in company details'.

Make sure this option is ticked.
