Hi Romancart,

one of our customers in China is getting this error when he tries to complete his order by paypal:

'We are sorry, but an error has occurred. Please click on the back button and try again.
If the problem persists, please contact the merchant'

He doesn't have a problem when paying by paypal on other sites.

The order process works fine when tested here in the UK - do you have any idea what may be causing this issue?
