Hi,
I am trying to set up ecommerce tracking with our romancart shops using the passthru, totalprice and priceminusshipping values. Everything looks fine but analytics ecommerce doesn't show all transactions and the transactions it does show seem to be doubled on the overview page. i.e it shows transactions as 34 and purchased products as 17 even though both figures should be the same. So my questions are: 1) Is there something I am missing in Romancart that may not send order variables made via Paypal or google checkout to my success page? (I am thinking these transaction could be the missing ones) 2) Has anyone else seen this doubling of transactions during ecommerce integration? Thanks for any help Matt |

Hi,
Google checkout does not return the customer back to the website, they stay on the Google Checkout pages, so you would need to use an alternate method for tracking those orders. Many Thanks Support |

ah ok that could expain some missing orders. Nothing's ever easy is it
Just to help other people some other missing orders look like they were cased by me not rounding some of the financial info pased to google to 2 decimal places. These were then ignored. |
