Have to say I'm not quite clear what you are pre populating? Why would you need to do that? Where are you entering the information? Maybe someone can advise if you tell us where you are entering this information in Romancart.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry if i was not clear.
Basically i am accepting membership application so users details are entered on the website application form. Once they have confirmed their details and the fees I am redirecting them to the roman cart to pay their membership fees. To avoid users to re-enter their details again on the roman cart i am pre populating their details in roman cart. But some time it happens that they want to change the surname or county, which roman cart does not allow to do so. I am pre populating the details on the page after you click "make payment" where in you are asked to enter your name and address. Any help much appreciated. Many thanks and regards Edited by vin - 30 August 2012 at 10:59am |

Oh I see. Now its clearer can't help with that. Suggest you contact support and ask them for help on that one or post on a part of the forum that romancart answer as they don't answer anything on this thread as a general rule.
