I seem to be getting more and more cards declined due to the address and postcode numeric not matching.   When I contact the customer, they are abolsutely 100% positive the data they have entered is correct and one even emailed me a copy of her card statement showing the address! There doesn't seem to be a solution as I understand it is the customer's bank who declines the card.   Has anyone else experienced this?   I'm losing quite a lot of business each week with this problem.

"AVS/CVV
CVV CV2 matched.
Address Address numeric not matched.
Postcode Postcode not matched.
Entity Authorising entity not known."

Do you ring Worldpay when its declined to see what they say? If they say its the bank then it would be up to the customer to sort out. However, we find some people enter their card details incorrectly or the address doesn't match and they swear blind they did it right and when I ring the company processing the card they say it was incorrect address or whatever. It is the customers fault.

If the bank declines the card it maybe that the customer doesn't have the funds in their account to pay!!!

I have had my own card declined by my Bank, because the address they had on file had the house number on one line and the road on the next, yet the address on my statement was right (all on the same line), in the end I had to ring them about it, had to go through to the Changed of Address Dept now sorted
And don't get started me on the Post Codes where my business is as that is a shambles, very rare for it to show up right when trying to buy something online,I can't top up my business mobile phone with my business card have to use my private card
