"Change your State" (US locations)

   On the CHECKOUT page - if a customer doesn't reside in the default State (which is set up for sales tax purposes, sometimes they try to change the State directly in the State field.

Eventually, they notice the link to change the State. Some of my customers miss the earlier chances to change the State (when they first add something to the cart or while actually viewing the Basket).

The "Click here if you need to change your State" link is currently right next to the COUNTRY field.

Would be great if that link were right next to the State field during Checkout. Makes a lot more sense, right?
