Hi, I have a few products that can only be sent within the UK. Despite having this stated on my website some people overseas still order so then I have to contact them etc etc. Is there a way of making a product unable to be added to basket if the buyer is outside the UK?

Hi Ali B
You can do this if you are using the Product Manager. In the Product Manager click on Catagories and create a new catagory for the UK only items. For this new catagory click edit and at the bottom of the page you have a choice to select "Products in this category are only available to customers in these locations". Follow the link to "these locations" to select the country required. |
