Yes that box is ticked, that is needed for the main cart also isn`t it?
not just for telephone orders.

Hi,
On the second product you added are you sure you do not have 'clearbasket'=yes in the options section of the product properties?

Hi Red,

in the product manager select the product and select options, then check the setting 'clear basket' is set to no.

If this is a custom item you wont be sending clear basket to the cart.

Found that and checked a few of our products and they are all set to -No for clear Basket. Again that would cause a problem of set wrongly with our online sales wouldn`t it? and those are fine

I tried it on your cart and you are clearly right. We don't see this on our test carts. We'll take a look and see what is going on.

I managed to find that and checked, they are set at No and the products are not custom ones but do have modifiers attatched to them would that cause the problem?
