Custom delivery status buttons

I currently cut & paste my custom scripts into the 'Other Information' field from a page that I keep open a browser tab,

Would it be possible to add some buttons on the 'Despatch' window that insert pre determined (user editable) text into the 'Other Information' field at the click of a button?

RC users could configure each button with something like:

Button 1 (Royal Mail UK non recorded)
Your package will be despatched via our local Post Office<br>
6 The Parade, Woodley, RG5 3RB at 4:30pm today.<br><br>
Package Description:<br>White Mail Lite padded mailing envelope

Button 2 (Royal Mail 'Signed For' recorded mail)
Your package will be despatched via our local Post Office<br>
6 The Parade, Woodley, RG5 3RB at 4:30pm today.<br><br>

Package Description:<br>White padded envelope

(tracking details should be available by 7pm on day of despatch)

(we could manually edit 'tomorrow' the a specific day if desired)

Having these buttons would save lots of time spent cutting & pasting the script manually for each order
