Over the last 24 hours I have had a number of emails sent to me stating that the customers order confirmation email (automatically sent by cart on purchase) has not been sent:
Received from mailer-daemon@mail1.email9876.com " Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Sent: Thu, 17 Feb 2022 11:14:33 -0000 Subject: xxxxxx The following recipient(s) could not be reached: xxxxxxxx@hotmail.co.uk Error Type: SMTP Remote server (104.47.5.33) issued an error. hMailServer sent: MAIL FROM:<xxxxxxxxxx.co.uk> Remote server replied: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [92.48.104.202] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140)." It is only happening where the customer email address is Hotmail, and I am receiving the confirmation emails myself as normal. Having checked, my IP address is not [92.48.104.202] and I am wondering if it is Romancarts, being that the confirmations are being sent from Romancart. Please advise. Hi,
Yes - Micrsoft has blocked our email servers right now so delivery to hotmail, live, msn and outlook domains is hit and miss. We raised this with them yesterday and they are looking into it. We've had this before and they are usually fairly quick at sorting it out. Obviously it's something completely out of our control. Many thanks Support |

Hello Support,
I'm not receiving any Order Paid confirmation e-mails for any orders since Wednesday afternoon around 18:00 but not sure if our customers are getting them? I'm not getting any bouncing messages. Thanks, Dave. |

Hi,
For email issues please see 'tools'/'options'/'email' Make particular note of the fields in bold. Also check your spf record as per the info on that page (refer to your dns/email provider for assistance with setting this up). Many Thanks Support |

Hi,
The Microsoft issue was sorted out (by Microsoft) on Friday 18th Feb - although may have taken 24-48 hours to take effect with some emails. Many Thanks Support |
