Despatch function not working |

Just tried to use the despatch function for an order and notice that Roman Cart have added more boxes to this function for Tax and amount of sale without tax etc. with NO INFORMATION AS TO THIS CHANGE GIVEN TO USERS - This has now stopped this Function from working all together ie we are unable to use it with these new boxes filled in and also without them filled in as it just does not send the message and shows an error.
This problem is not needed at this time of the Year - 2 weeks prior to Christmas Please support sort this ASAP or just put it back to as it was till after Christmas Red |

It has set the despatched item to the correct colour on the sale manager now but does not indicate that the despatch email has been sent and we have not received a copy of this either. If you must make changes please give us users some warning and information on the way the new functions will work.

Have worked it out you now have to also click the send email button for this to work. Support can we have some Explanation as to the Changes for this Function Please?

Hi,
There is no difference in functionality, just some extra fields so that you can record the actual cost of the postage and any fulfillment costs. You probably had to click on the 'send email' button because of the error you saw when you created the despatch. This should be ok on any future despatches. Many Thanks Support |

As of 14.19pm we are getting problems with sending some despatch emails. When we go to despatch it says
We are sorry, but an error has occurred. Please click on the back button and try again. If the problem persists, please contact the merchant. The problem keeps happening |

Its when the item has been marked as despatched, then when click in send email get the error message.

Hi,
This should be ok now. It is because the order has no delivery country. I'm not sure why this might be as I did a test transaction on your cart (which you can now delete) and it recorded the delivery country correctly.
