Hi
The above doesn't seem to be set up for Romancart. I'm a bit concerned that customer & marketing Emails are ending up in spam folders. Am I missing something? Steve |

Hi,
You can find information on how to set up spf at 'tools'/'options'/'email' This relates to the 'from' address you use on your marketing emails. You need to make sure that that domain has an spf record which allows the RomanCart mailservers permission to send emails on your behalf. Many emails will still get through without this, but it is a good idea to maximise the chances of delivery. Many Thanks Support |
