Donations w/o tax, shipping or discounts

   Your 'Donation' button is perfect for my purposes...but how do I eliminate taxes, shipping and discounts from this choice?

There is an 'intangible' option in the Program Manager but that would create a 'product' with a set price...and I think tax would still apply...I only collect taxes on orders shipped to Texas...

I would also like to include the 'Donation' in the cart with other purchases...
