Double RC confirmation with PayPal

Hi
This has been going on for a while now, I have searched for a setting to change but no joy.
With some (not all) PayPal Standard orders we get two RC confirmation e-mails. This in itself is not a problem but it is also taking the stock out twice for those orders! This is a bit of a problem.
Has anyone else had this or know of a fix?
If support need to have a look, the last one was Order Ref: RC10364605, store id: 19770.

Hi Nobby,

When you get two RomanCart emails do they have two different RC Invoice/order numbers?

Both exactly the same, looks like something is triggering the e-mail and stock adjustment twice!

Can you send your store id and support tag to me to 'support@romancart.com'? I'll have to do some tests and check your settings.

We often get 2 emails but I have never checked the stock level to see if this is being reduced twice.
I'll have to check the next time it happens.

Thought I might throw another voice into this issue.

We have several carts one of which has Paypal standard as one of the payment methods whilst the others are use Paypal Pro.

FWIW, with the Paypal standard cart, we quite often get 2 confirmation emails. We don't use stock control on that cart so can't comment on that issue.

We only have HSBC and Paypal Standard as active methods.
We only get 2 emails when our customer chooses Paypal Standard
