We would find it very helpful (and I'm sure many others would too) if we could amend details of customers in the CRM. For instance, if a customer changes email address or they've mispelt or missed a capital letter off a name.
Is this something that can be addressed. If we could export the contacts list and then import it after editing it in a spreadsheet then that would be a step forward. |

If someone enters their name in lowercase I can change this in the new CRM. However when sending a despatched email it doesn't change the email ie if one includes the firstname tag.

The despatched email is from the order not from the crm. Change the name on the actual order for this. Many Thanks Support |

Hi Noor,
Click on the order number at the left hand side of the sales manager screen and a new screen opens showing details of the order. That screen has a button you can click on to edit the order details. |
