E-mail marketing Test E-mail

Good Afternoon

Earlier today I scheduled an E-mail in E-mail Marketing, when I click on the TEST button to send myself an e-mail it is not working. I have checked the e-mail address is correct in Tools-Options-Marketing, which it is.

I have tried all day to no avail, I have changed the Test e-mail address to another address I have but the Test e-mail is still not appearing anywhere.

Is there a problem with e-mails today?

Hi,

There are no issues with emails today. When you click on test it should say 'an email has been sent to xxx@xxx.xxx'. Does it do this or does it display a different message?

Have you checked the junk folder?

When I click on test it does state 'an email has been sent to xxx@xxx.xxx' I have checked the e-mail address stated which is correct, but the e-mail does not arrive, yes I have checked the junk folder, not had this problem before.

Hi,

We have double checked with out email servers and the email was sent.

I would possibly try sending to a different email address.

I've had the same problem, it says that the test was sent but it wasn't received. I've just sent out my first weekly newsletter using your system, that went ok & I received a copy of the newsletter, but still no test email yet the receiving Email address is the same.

It's no big deal, but thought worth a mention as someone else has had trouble.
