I am, out of the blue, getting an error message when entering code in: tools / options / email /

I was playing around with the header codes for the confirmation email but all of a sudden, when clicking 'save changes' I get an error message in a framed box on a new page:

'We are sorry, but an error has occurred. Please click on the back button and try again.
If the problem persists, please contact the merchant.'

I can edit in all other sections as normal.

Any ideas what is wrong? I would like to continue with the setting up.

Thank you.

Oddly enough, if i type just standard text into the code boxes, it appears to be happy. As soon as I put in HTML, it will not have any of it.

Even though just 20 minutes ago, all worked fine.

It appears to be working again now ... I must have had something in my html code for this particular code box that RC did not like. Still curious what it may have been ...

I would email you what I originally entered when it went wrong but I have already changed in now.

Thank you for the quick reply though, should it go wrong again I will email you.
