Support
Can you please fix the 'manage product email email sequence'. I am on a mac 10.5.8 and there is no button to save the product triggers. The buttons presented on the screen are Check all Uncheck all Back The back button also does not work. Thank you |

Hi Support
Seeing as I am paying for this and it does not work then I would at least expect a response. Thank you. |

Hi,
Are you able to try it on Firefox? There are some problems with the picker and Safari that are fixed in the new control panel. Many Thanks Support |

Don't think that is the issue here.
The exact same thing happens on: Firefox Google Chrome & Internet Explorer for windows running on ies4osx |

Hi,
There isn't supposed to be a save button in that screen as it saves what you select automatically. Many Thanks Support Edited by Support - 26 February 2010 at 4:21pm |

As said before the back button does not work in any of the browsers; so the only way of getting back is to use the back button which does not save the selections.
And just ticking the box does not save it, it needs a trigger to do this which is probably a functioning back button. Hope this now makes sense but let me know if still not clear. Thanks |
