Hi, We use the customer e-mail sequence facility to send follow-up emails to all customers.

One of the e-mails offers a free gift for any customer who completes a review on an independent review site. BUT the review site only accepts reviews from UK users with a UK address and postcode.

SO

We would like the 'free gift for a review' follow up email to ONLY go out to those customers with a UK delivery address.

Can you help on this?

Thanks

Hi,
Normally you would use one cart per location, for example many countries have one for the USA and one for the UK.
Unfortunately it is not possible to filter by country when you have one cart used in multiple locations.
Kind Regards/Sorry about that,

Hi - We only have one location, we are based in the UK only.

It is our customers who are based worldwide.

So we do use one cart per one location.

Any ideas?

Hi,
Normally you would hve at least 3 carts. One for USD, one for GBP and one for EUR which makes it easier.
If you sell to the USA for example you will sell far more if your prices are in dollars to USA customers.
Many Thanks
