Download dname etc

   Been testing my cart and all seems well until I used Paypal express.

In this there are some fields filled in that have a d in front ie:

dlastname     daddress1     dtown     dcounty     dpostcode etc

In my site I have forbidden delivery to the address not input during the order. 

What does this mean , can someone using Paypal overide an address ?
