Hi,
We sell food industry courses and want to setup some offers, discounts and bundles but if a customer wants to take advantage of these offers they have to pay now and not be invoiced. Can anyone help direct me to where I can configure this? Jay |

Hi Jay,
Not 100% sure what you're trying to achieve based on the description here. Customers should be able to use offers & discounts on an Invoice payment. Could you please describe your issue in more detail and provide more context for exactly what you're trying to achieve? |

Hi,
the issue we have is we want customers to pay upfront for any offers and discounts (or bundles) if they take advantage of the offer they must pay now instead of being invoiced and being able to pay at a later date. unfortunately, we have some larger customers that are really bad payers so to take advantage of offers etc they can only pay now and not have the option of an invoice me button hope thats clearer Jay |

Hi Jay,
Ahh, that makes sense, you don't want customers to use Promo Codes on an Invoice payment. I don't think this is possible (or at least not as a dedicated feature), but I'll need more information so I can dig a bit deeper. What exact process do you use to Invoice customers? Step-by-step, how do you create the Invoice and how does the customer pay for it? I only ask this because there are a few ways to "Invoice" a customer, and each has its own nuances. |

Hi Jake,
If you go to https://www.vwa.co.uk/haccp/Level-3-haccp-training-course.html and BOOK NOW you’ll be taken to our checkout, from there press the green Proceed to checkout button where customers enter their details to book on a course At the bottom you’ll see the 2 buttons invoice me and pay now Ideally it would be nice to have 2 checkout page options Option 1 : if you are buying a full price course then show “invoice me” button Option 2 : if you are taking advantage of a discount, offer or bundle then don’t show invoice button Could something like this be triggered from the cart page where if they have a discount etc that’s been calculated it goes to option 2 checkout Hope that makes sense If you can see any other way we could make this process easier please explain Thanks Jake Jay |

Hi,
Unfortunately there isn't an option to 'show specific payment method when a specific discount is obtained' The only thing we could suggest is to use 2 carts. One for invoicing and one for online payments and then get them to choose right at the start on your own website which way they will pay by choosing the relevant add to cart button for that cart. Many Thanks Simon |
