Adding UK regions

Ive run into a problem while tying to add an extra UK region to enable the correct courier shipping rates to be charged,

I currently have the following seven UK regions configured:

UK Mainland

Orkney          

Shetland     

Scottish Highlands

Isles of Scilly

Isle of Wight

Northern Ireland

When I attempt to add an 8th UK region (Scottish Islands)

I get the following error message: 'Only allowed 99 regions per country'

(All UK counties have been removed)

	Support, Since deleting my UK counties yesterday RC is forcing the my default region to be used on the delivery 'region/county' field I've clicked on 'Add Counties' in an attempt to re-instate the UK counties but I can't get them back Could you please help me with this problem Store ID: 23743 Thanks in anticipation Regards Nick G.

	Hi, You need to delete the regions you have setup under the UK and then click on the 'add counties' link. Many Thanks Support

	OK, If I do this and re-instate the UK counties again, will I then be able to ad the seven custom regions that I need? e.g. UK Mainland Orkney Shetland Scottish Highlands Isles of Scilly Isle of Wight Northern Ireland Nick G.

	I've re-instated the UK counties and added my custom UK regions and all is OK Many Thanks Nick G.

Can you please advise how I can get RC to accept an extra region? Thanks in anticipation Nick G.

	Hi, You can have a maximum of 99 regions. t does not make sense to have counties and also the other regions you have mentioned as your regions above include all of the counties in the UK. Many thanks Support

	Support, I've just remove the majority of the UK counties and attempted to add a UK region 'Channel Islands' but I still get the error message 'Only allowed 99 regions per country' I tried deleting all the UK counties yesterday and I still got the same error message, how can I configure the eight custom UK regions I need?
