I have received emails of low stock or out of stock but no emails with the orders they relate to. When i logged in to the control panel i saw i had 4 orders waiting. Why am i not receiving the email notification? First time this has happened in 5 years of using roman cart! Store id 17542.
An explanation would be helpful as i assume its not a problm my end (as nothing has been changed my end!). Tim GX160Parts.com |

Hi,
Please see our faq on this. Essentially something will have changed on your email servers e.g. spam filtering. Add an additional email address e.g. a hotmail address and you should see your emails arrive there. Many Thanks Support |
