Hi Chris,
If you have allready placed your logo in the header code this will appear on your Basket and checkout pages.
If you mean on the Invoice and delivery notes.
Configure other options
Customize.
Invoice and Delivery Note boxes are at the botton of page, you place your images in here.

Hi Mike, I'm new to RomanCart and would love your advice - you kindly helped this user configure their Invoices with a company logo. How do I do this? I cannot find the 'Configure other options' or 'Customize' in RomanCart.
Thanks for your help, Emma

Hi Emma
Configure is under Manage-Sales and then very small configure on the left hand side at the top of the page.
Customize is under tools - Customize the cart

Hi Red,
Many thanks for your kind reply, I've been on to the Manage Sales and then the tiny 'configure' at the top left (thanks for that, super) - but then I can't find a place to add or replace the RomanCart logo for on my invoices. Any ideas?

Many thanks, Emma

Emma
Go to Tools - Options - General then near bottom there is the Roman Cart Logo where you can select to show it or not show it with a tick box. To add your own Logo you will need to add one into either the page header or footer codes.

Emma,

My way is long winded... but works well for me... simply because I like to add my terms and conditions to the reverse side of my invoices. I use duplex printing so that the page automatically prints on both sides e.g. the invoice on the front, returns info etc. on the back.

Basically when I first started out I set up a blank page in word which included my logo image at the top and some contact information at the bottom in a footer.

Now when a customer places an order I go to RC Manage Sales and click to view the invoice. I then simply copy and paste this information into a word.doc just below the logo.

For no other reason than I am picky I then re-colour the Headings Invoice to: and Deliver to: to a colour that better matches my logo, but this certainly isn't necessary.

Sometimes I give a free gifts away so this also gives me the opportunity to add something like 'Inkbend Pen ~ With Compliments' in the space below the Total.

Next I "Save As" with the invoice number and date e.g. Invoice RC0000000 06Jan2011.doc in a separate folder in My Documents on my PC.

If you want to see what one of my invoices looks like, by all means drop me an email and I'll send over a pdf example.

Hi Laura,
It's lovely to meet you, thank you so much for all your kind help - you have been fantastic! I'm so grateful for all your information and helpful ideas regarding the invoices. I too, wanted to change the colour of 'invoice to' and 'delivery' but didn't know how - super idea to copy and paste into a new word.doc - thanks

I'd love to see one of your invoices please, thank you, I will send my email to you through a private message (if I can find out how to do it!) Speak soon and God bless, Emma x x

Your 'dummy' invoice example is headed your way!
