   We currently have an HSBC terminal in the shop, which we currently have permission to use for CNP - so all our Romancart orders go through this as well.

With the increase in fees from HSBC with premium cards etc., we now want to change, but don't necessarily want a terminal or do we.

This is our setup.

Retail shop that is appointment only (we are a bespoke designer of wedding stationery).  So we have terminal there for customers coming in.

We have an online shop powered with Romancart, which we download from and do Customer Not Present.

We take telephone orders too with CNP - which incurs additional charges through HSBC's new pricing structure when it is MO/TO with a premium card, but you don't know which are premium til you get the bill.

HSBC are also now going paperless and have told their customers to reconcile with a Zreport and your bank!

Any recommendations that will be nice and easy to change the online shop to and maybe get rid of the terminal - can we do online transactions with the customer in the shop for instance.  Shop is used very vaguely maybe I should say studio!

Any help would be much appreciated.
