Add Contact to Customer Relationship Manager

   I use RomanCart Basic. When a customer orders by phone (not by RomanCart), I want to add that customer (and espeically their email address) to Customer Relationship Manager so that I can use CRM to email them in future. The only way I can figure to do this is to make a "fake" order using the customer's real contact and payment details, which automacially puts them into CRM. Does anybody have an easier and quicker method, please?

	officially only the next level up marketeer you can import email contacts, the best you have with basic is the prospect autoresponder if you set that up they only have to enter their email and name to go into the database..
