   Any suggestions on the best way of completly deleting non buying customers, I am getting close to the 10000 cut off in my current subscription package but don't really need to upgrade to the next level.

	If you go to Marketing and Customer Relation Manager, you delete customers on the right hand side. Hope that helps!
