Good Morning

I had three orders placed yesterday, I did not receive and e-mail confirmation neither have the customers, the status for these orders is unpaid, however I have received notification from Nochex they have all paid and I have checked my Nochex account and payment is there.

Was there a problem with confirmation e-mails yesterday?

Hi,
There is no problem at our end, however there may have been an issue with Nochex over the weekend as it means that RomanCart did not receive the outcome of the transactions.
Are your transactions showing successfully today?

Hi

The orders are showing but still stating unpaid, it's only because I noticed the Nochex confirmation e-mails that I found the customers had all paid and will require their orders.

Update as we speak, one order has now changed to paid so it must be a problem Nochex end.

This is the reply I have received from Nochex, just incase it helps anyone else who has had the same problem:

Intermittently over the weekend (21st and 22nd February) a technical problem effected the Automatic Payment Confirmation (callback facility) resulting in orders not being confirmed to the back end of your website. Payments were still being received, but they were not being confirmed.

Please log-in to your Nochex account to check that you have received payment for the order. If you can see the transaction in your Nochex account you are safe to ship the order as this is confirmation of the payment.

The issue has now been resolved, and an update will be sent shortly to provide an explanation of why the error occurred.
