Hello

Is there any way to produce a sales Credit Note?

I have had an item returned for which I shall refund. I have tried to make a telephone order as a minus quantity but it won't allow it.

Any ideas please?

Hi Support

Any ideas on this as I can't see any way to produce a credit note on the sales manager. A credit note is a normal part of accounting but it's missing on RC.

I know I can edit the order but this still uses the same invoice number.

Have you forgotten about this? Being able to produce a credit note is an essential part of accounting.
