Hi,
For the last few days, romancart has not been registering the item description on ebay sales, only the price, customer details and shipping. VAT has never worked for me, I have to cortrect the orders manually. Cart 26525, order 24634225, 24638412, 24640811. regards, Richard.

Any results from your investigation?
In a new development, ebay are now actively blocking Romancart confirmation emails - so I guess that's one less thing for you to have to worry about. |

ebay sales descriptions started registering with Romancart again on Saturday.
