Hi,

Amber - Is there a specific piece of functionality that you are wanting to see? (Apart from the 50 product limit issue).

Silent_Explorer - please can you explain why a second custom payment method would be useful?

The features we'd really like to see implemented are:

For necessity:
i) Individual Stock Control (needed for end-of-line items, and clearance)
ii) Gift Vouchers
iii) Optional log-in for customers to view past orders etc.

For preference
iv) The drop-down menu in the SM to be editable

We agree with the above list - the drop down menu editable is much needed,
also the UTF-8 encoding and foreign characters to be sorted out, this is a big problem for a lot of us.

I use one custom payment method for my local customers which has the following payment button:

'Click here to pay by cash or cheque when calling to collect your order personally'

I require another custom payment method 'Click here to pay by cash or cheque' this will be for our field service engineer to use when completing the service invoice at the customer premises, this payment button will not be seen by general customers as it will only be displayed when our engineer chooses a 'secret' UK region (at the end of the UK regions listed as 'n/a')

Please excuse me sticking my oar in here, but I can understand why more than one Custom Method could be required by merchants. We use the one available for Account customers who order from us on credit basis. Silent_Explorer above has demonstrated two further requirements; so I can see a possibility of perhaps even three Custom Payment Methods desirable by some.
I can see why, for some members, one just isn't enough.
