Promotion box not in my basket???

   Hi. I'm new to all this and have just noticed that there is no way that my customers can use the 10% off code I've given them, or any way that one particular customer can use a £50 voucher code because the promo box doesn't appear in my basket.

I've unchecked the box in the options/basket window to make sure that the promo box is there all the time, but it isn't!  Any ideas?  Please help

	Have you set the 10% code up in the "marketing, promotions and offers" box? If not, your promotional code box won't show up at checkout.
