continue shopping button to break out if frame?

   Hi,

I am running the cart in an iframe so as to keep my sites look and navigation in the header...

is it possible to have the continue shopping button break out of the frame?

Also can I change the add to cart button to redirect to my own checkout page (which has the iframe on)
