Affiliate marketing 1 IP address restriction

   As implemented, it is impossible to test adding affiliate marketing to one's site properly.
I suggest either adding a checkbox to enable/disable the 1 IP address limit (possibly with an hour's timeout if you want to ensure that it is restored), or adding a CAPTCHA to the sign up screen
