I am currently using Frontpage and know I need to come into the modern world! Can anyone recommend a good web builder please, if possible, free! Many thanks for your help. |

Don't know about a free one but I've always used Dreamweaver which has always been really good for me.

I've been using Microsoft Visual Studio Express Web Edition as it seems ok for what I need.
But if I was to buy a product, it would be dreamweaver. |

Hi
Dreamweaver is a cloud based monthly subscription product currently around £17.50 per month I believe, if you decide to discontinue with Dreamweaver after having used it, I believe you lose access to your code and the ability to update and change it. In addition Dreamweaver and Visual studio express are not really WYSIWYG products. You could try expression web which is free and is a WYSIWYG. Edited by Neil128 - 01 September 2014 at 1:05pm |

Someone wanting a free alternative to Front Page would find Microsoft Expression Web easy to use as it/was their successor to Front Page. It is free to download but isn't supported by MS any longer.
