	After we created a telephone sale the next time we went to do a telephone sale the fields were already populated with the previous customer. We did not have remember details clicked.

	Hi Support Is it possible for you to add an edit function to the orders we create via the Telephone Order as the reason why we receive most of our telephone orders is because the customer wants even more custom options than we already provide on the website so entering the basic website items even with the options does not always create the exact order needed. 	Thanks Support for your answer I was not looking at the top area of the telephone order section as I was trying to select a product and use the modifiers, I now see the custom bit, only problem that creates is all the extra typing needed to enter long custom order detail, I would rather have selected from the modifiers and then edited the order created to save time.
