Could you please give PayPal MTS a bump for me?

I'll struggle on with the problem until the weekend and if it has not been fixed by Sunday I'll revert back to the PayPal Website Payments Pro (Payflow Edition) which works fine.

Hi Support,

Any news from PayPal MTS yet?

Have you contacted any RC merchants that use PayPal Pro (PCI Compliant) integration to ask them whether they've run a PayPal transaction report to see if they have are seeing a high volume of failed transactions in the PayPal daily reports with the error code 7 'Field format error'?

Hi,
We have made a change on your cart so it uses the api method of determining the outcome instead of the payflow method.

Please can you do a transaction for a small amount and let us know if you get any problems.

(Note that the change is after the transaction as it returns back to RomanCart).

Many Thanks

I've just done a test transaction and it's now completely broken!!!

I get the following message after entering the card details

'This transaction has not been completed. The status is : Check PayPal Config'

Please fix URGENTLY

Hi,
It is because your API is not set.
Please can you go to 'configure'/'payment methods'
Click on the 'configure' icon for PayPal Pro PCI
Follow the instructions that say 'if you don't have a payflow account'
Then try the test transaction again.

If you can do this now then it will either be ok or we'll put it back.

Many Thanks
