UPS integration

   I am using Roman Cart from the USA. It would be great if Roman Cart was able to interface with UPS (United Parcel Service) for shipping information, rates, tracking, etc.

UPS offers various developer's kits from their web site:

https://www.ups.com/upsdeveloperkit?loc=en_US

As I'm writing this, I certainly wonder if there is currently a way to use this but I'm not a programmer.
