Repeat Customers are very valuable to us and it would be nice to acknowledge that we know they are a repeat customer. So please can you include an extra field in the confirmation email for Repeat Customers
For example in eg in Tools / Options / Email Have a separate field for Header Code for Confirmation Email for REPEAT Customers Each merchant can then set up their own text specifically for repeat customers. Maybe include a tick box so that when selected it draws in the text and if unticked just brings in the standard text; so merchants that have not set it up still include their existing text in confirmation emails. There are ways you could further improve this eg such as write a programme that finds out when they last ordered and split them into 3 groups: last month, one month to 6 months, one year to 6 months, 2 years to one year, over two years. We can then have tailored text for each group. Sometimes we get two orders straight after the other and so would be good to ignore the second one as a repeat customer for this purpose.
