	Hi support - I don't do SMS marketing - but I suppose you could use the feature for that :) I find that people are much better at reeling off their mobile numbers than their email addresses, and that there is less scope for errors when writing strings of numbers down. I expect there would be a cost for the RC user to bear, but it shouldn't be much. Just an option. Once the customer is communicating by text (ie asking for availability of a product), it's probably best to reply in the same way. Regards, Richard.
