I have several password products which give the customer a product activation key when they purchase software. All worked well until the vat rate returned to 17.5%. I created new password products and all the sales which include vat have worked fine (Roman cart prices include vat). However, non-vat paying customers do not receive the password and I have to send it manually.
Is this due a rounding of the amount when the ex-vat price is calculated? The price is £69.90 and the ex-vat is £59.49 (rounded to 2 decimal places, which is the price I use in the password product). How many decimal places do I have to enter in the password product for it to work? |

No idea as don't use passwords, but suggest you play around with some of your ideas above with the decimal places. Or alternatively post this on a part of the forum that support reads.

Duh.. Just read the bit on the front page about Romancart not reading this section. I have posted it in another part. Thanks for your help.
