For those people just running an online shop where do you get your insurance cover from please? I have now started doing some own brand products and what to be sure I'm covered, but all I can find is public liability inusrance. Who does everyone else use?

I have policies for my balloon decor and face painting, but can't find anything suitable for "online shops".

Any suggestions.

This company specalise in business insurance when running a business from home and actually list internet trading and do product liability as well as all the normal covers. I am thinking of using them but I haven't yet. They are Blackfriars Insurance Brokers on 01270 767327 - http://www.blackfriarsgroup.co.uk/

Hi,

We use T H March, they're big in the retail gift insurance business and they've been very helpful to us in getting the cover we needed.

Thank you peeps.

I've used Blackfriars before, and they are okay, but didn't have what I required at the time so left to go to another "entertainment" insurance. However, I can probably try them for the web shop. Its just now its bigger I need to definitely have something in place. Also T H March look promising so will check them out too.
