Hi Emma
You can change text colours by going to Tools - Change any Text and then by the side of the text you want to change you just enter a simple code ie.<font color='#FFFF00'>Click here for a printable invoice,</font> which we did for the wording "Click here for a printable invoice" and where we have the colour code FFFFOO you just enter the code for the colour you want to use, this may help you.

Red,

Thank you so much for that info. I've always wanted to know how I could change the text colour for the words Invoice To: and Deliver To:

Your instructions worked a dream. I'm chuffed to bits.

Laura

Hi Laura
Just passing on the information we received when we also asked how to change the colour of wording, glad it has helped you. There is so much you can do with Roman Cart it is just working out how to do what you want it to do that can take time, so a little help now and then is very welcome.

Sorry to hijack this discussion slightly but I have added my own logo etc but have now been informed by a customer using Internet Explorer that they get a Security Warning popup message saying :

"Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?
The webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage"

This is worrying my customers - it is my logo that is not secure - it is just coming from my domain - how can I change this?

(Note: I use Firefox and don't see the warning there)

Hi,
No worries about hijacking the discussion - I'm a newbie too, so more questions the better!

I had this problem recently too, customers kept ringing me up to say the cart wasn't secure (I was mortified), but there's an easy way around it -

Okay, just log in to your RomanCart, click on 'Manage' and then 'Secure SSL Images'.
Upload your logo from your web site and RomanCart places it on a secure server for you to use on your checkout pages
Just replace your URL with the new Secure URL that RomanCart provides.

The security warning shouldn't pop up anymore. I use a Safari browser and no security warnings popped up either - Internet Explorer is just a little touchy.

Anyway, I hope this helps, let us know how you get on,
Blessings, Emma

Hi,

If you don't get the warnings in Safari or Firefox then they've been deliberately switched off; both browsers default to showing those warnings. Most people see them once, click the 'don't show this message again' checkbox and then never see the message again

Emma,

Thanks so much for that advice - my images are now in RomanCart's Secure URL and the problem is resolved.

So easy when you know how!

Many Thanks
