Hi All
I've just encountered this problem: We've had an order for serveal very heavy items which combined exceeded the weight limit for Airmail (Airmail being the only method available in this case). Shipping is set up as Weight Based but because the Weight was too high, RC left "Shipping is" totally blank and entered a value of 0.00! Any sugestions as to how to resolve this in future? |

Hi,
Go to 'tools > options > shipping' and select 'do not allow customers to checkout with a shipping cost of zero'. Thanks James |

But then what happens if you have an offer which says 0.00 shipping or "collect in person" which gives a 0.00 shipping option?

Hi Rainshoe,
Good point, in that case select 'dont allow customers to checkout without a shipping method'. |

Continue your shipping weight bands past 2000g and allow for the possibility you will need to send two or more packages.
That's what I do anyway. |
