Hi,

At around 9pm last night (06th March 2012) there was a tech problem which prevented confirmation emails from being sent for a short time

If you had orders at this time, you will need to send the emails by selecting the 'resend confirmation email' in teh sales manager.

Hi

The resend confirmation email worked with one order which was paid by PayPal Express but I have two orders using manual swipe and they won't re-send the emails. Any ideas?

Hi,

Try setting their status to paid (obviosuly once they have been) and then resending.

Emails should be working for everyone. You are probably not receiving issue emails for a different reason.

If you send your store ID and support tag to 'support@romancart.com' we can check for you.

Your support tag is found under 'help > contact us'.
