Have been very happy with using the digital vault for selling our downloads (that's all we sell!) but find it very frustrating that there is no flexibility in the 48 hour time limit. On quite a few occasions we need to get the product to a customer again for one reason or another and this is not possible when the time has expired. We have to set up our own download link with password etc and this is very time-consuming and frustrating. Regenerating the e-mail does not reactivate the link. Is it not possible to have more control over this? Not suggesting that we have total control but a facility for regenerating the link for another 48 hours at least would be good!

I think the reason for the 48 hour limit was to prevent people passing the link to friends to gain the download too. I don't know the circumstances, but I would have thought most people could download within the time limit easy enough. Maybe a message on the cart saying its 48 hours or they have to pay for it again!!!

Have already got a message saying that! Unfortunately nearly all of our customers are schools/educational establishments and things aren't so straightforward with them. Would definitely like to find a way around this!
