Hi,
If you have been using PayPal Pro (PCI) with RomanCart please double check all orders on the PayPal system since (including) Friday (6th Sept 2013 - 3 days ago). This is especially important if you have two identical orders within a short amount of time from the same customer which both show paid. Please double check that they are, in fact both paid on the PayPal system as we have seen an instance where only one was in fact paid. We have been having problems with this integration, however we believe that we have now successfully worked aroung the issues. It should all be ok on future orders. Many Thanks Support |
