Hi,
We have a client who uses RomanCart with PayPoint as the payment gateway. We want to enable full e-commerce tracking so that we can see the original source of orders, see which search engines and phrases product the most revenue etc etc. We have done this previously, but not with RomanCart. From what I can see there are some issues with being able to do this: - There are some bits of information we can use - passthru, totalprice and priceminusshipping, but cannot get the names of the actual items ordered - When RomanCart links to PayPoint, it does not use the javascript:pageTracker._linkByPost(this) code which is required to track the transactions correctly - The PayPoint template does not contain any analytics code Please can anyone confirm whether I am right, or whether there is a way around this? Thanks. Thanks. |
