To be able to make up a new product that is the combination of two or more existing products.
ie product x = y+z and to have it stock controlled. ie product x does not have its own stock but is determined by both y and z being in stock |

Hi,
I believe the product in Question is Group Products. That is now live in the product manager. You need to create a group first, then click on "group view" and add products into that. This might be what you are looking for, give it a go, unfortunately there is no screen cast yet. Kind Regards Oliver |

Hi,
PLease can you post an example of what you would want to use this for. The development referred to in the earlier post is that 'cart preloader' which is unfortunately unlikely to be the same as you require. Ultimately one product will always be one product on the cart. However the bundling of products together to be added with one link and appear connected on the cart is what would be likely needed. Many Thanks Support |

I think I need to watch a tutorial. I can't make this work to see if it will do what I want.

Hi,
Product Groups are a better way of having products with modifiers. It is not a way to have multiple products as one product. Many thanks Support |
